My Role

As the UX designer on the project, I delivered designs, led testing sessions to ensure usability, and provided support to the lead designer during interviews, site visits, and design workshops, ensuring our solutions met the needs of both flight and crew operations personnel.

Problem

The current application is not intuitive and easy to use, it is spreadsheet/table based. Users need to hunt for information and perform calculations in their head. It does not help the user in making decisions with large impact in a timely matter.

Goal

Streamline the application to provide users with the correct information needed at the appropriate time to make a quick decision. Allow users to visually compare information to decide on the appropriate course of action.
