My Role

- Set strategy and vision for UX/UI
- Facilitated workshops with stakeholders and users to identify key features/functionality
- Worked with product owner to develop a road map

Problem
Within GE Digital there was a lack of visibility into the key metrics and KPIs. Manual data collection across various source systems that was not maintained was required to understand if we were over or under achieving, taking time away from running the business. In addition, the same metric could have widely different definitions across the organization causing confusion.
Goal
Create a “single source of truth” for key metrics across GE Digital. Not simply a Business Intelligence tool, the DCC was meant to integrate with many existing data sources to create a view that provides not only information but insights to teams, enabling them to coordinate and make better decisions faster.
